Ive started my DGGE yesterday, took about 16hrs. start at 6pm yesterday and ends at about 10am this morning. Right after the running completed, gel was stained with approximately 30microlit of EtBr for llike 15-20 minutes.
Then, immediately transfer to brain lab and check under the UV lamp using the Gel Doc. Quite disappointing, gel wasn't like how it was supposed to be..Not sure y, probably due to the samples or gel. Not quite sure lah...but a bit frustrating.
