what u need to do???
well, u need to have the set up 1st, then only u can prepare the gel..n dont forget the chemicals
chemicals required:
- agarose
- ethidium bromide/EtBr/Bromoethane
- TAE buffer (contains tris base, EDTA and acetic acid)
all chemicals are mixed well according to the given method..
