Preparing PCR...

PCR actually stand for post column reagent...act as a reagent for the detection of metals in UV-VIC/Compact IC..basically its an instrument which can detect heavy metals such as nickel, zink, manganese, lead n many more...as long as it is in the periodic table..this instrument can only detect metals at concentration of not more than 20ppm...
look at the pics that ive attached together...its the PCR...i need to pour in 80ml of pure 25% ammonia and add with 20ml of 99% glacial acetic acid...see how reactive it is...so scared when doing this...u know..its so dangerous...i have to pour the acid slowly...so that it wont like splash out...very dangerous u know...
n must remember to do it under the fume hood or else ur lung will act as the fume hood and ull get sick later..hahah as simple as that...later after all the reactions gone, i will slowly add Ultra pure water till the level on the volumetric flask of 500ml..thats the way to prepare it...after that, put a magneic bar inside the volumetric flask, wrap the flask with aluminium foil and put it on the magnetic stirrer and let it stir overnite.! done for that & continue tomorrow!
