previously because of raya...my biofilm doesnt grow well..
probably due to u know...less faecal, meaning less nutrients for it to grow...
students are having almost 2weeks of holiday++raya day!
even ive sampled earlier but the characteristics is still not good....
so i figure out something else on how to make it grow quite well..
hahaha...so last week, i sampled the wastewater and leave it in the reactor for 3 days..i make sure that there is no headspace in the reactor...filled it till the top...no oxygen could possibly enters into it...n surprised! after 3 days..the biofilm is in black which means GOOD! instead of fluffy brown color...so i did it!
now what i have to do is to maintained it...this week onwards, im going to analyze all the inlet n outlet..this is to get the reading on the sulphate reduction...so if its workin..again i did it..if not..."sherina, please try again!" waaaa....hehehe wait n c 1st...
