emmm....lets proceed with my lab work ya!
ok..today, ive sampled 10L of wastewater...n part of it will be autoclaved and it will act as my blank...1 blank and 1 sample.....for 3 different concentration; 10,15 and 20ppm. wondering whats the purpose of autoclave?
ok...basically, its the only thing/instrument/machine that can kill germs..bad germs...hahah...both ok; bad and good germs OK! hahaha
so if our experiment is design to be clean from any germs, then we should autocolave our samples 1st! its important, very important to ensure that no bacteria will interfere with your samples and the whole experiment!
