Arrived Puncak Alam at around 9.30am, went straight to Dr Kala's Lab level 7.
Task done today:
- Preparation of primers
- Diluting primers, origin form of primers-powder form from Next Gene. 8 pairs of primers altogether.
- preparation for PCR..quite complicated coz i have two different samples, from reactor 1 and reactor 2.
I keep on making mistake as i always forgot whether i have added primers, or DNA or nuclease free water...and its so tiring...damn tired..
