the gel compartment
learning on how to prepare the electrophoresis gel...
how to describe the process ya? its quite simple, just add here and there...
but must be careful lah off course because we need to use ethidium bromide, quite a dangerous chemical. After finish preparing the solution, then it will be poured into the compartment and leave it for about an hour..done for today....ill will be using the gel prepared for tomorrow's work! goodbye brainstorming lab, will come again tomorrow.
