Me n sis were very lucky today as we were invited to a food testing session conducted by e-pjj students from Faculty of Hotel and Catering, UiTM Shah Alam...
We arrived at around 1.15pm...
After we got our seats, we were asked to choose either chichken or beef...
I chose beef while my sis chose chicken..so that we can share and know how it taste like..starts with waldolf and followed with cream of broccoli with garlic bread...wow! its fantastic...i dont know how to say it, but for food lover like me...its one of the best that Ive tasted...
n our main course which is grilled chicken breast with garlic mushroom sauce/roasted striploin with black pepper onion sauce....mine is beef with some sort of black pepper gravy sauce and for my sis is chicken with mushroom gravy sauce! BOOM! delicious too!
wah....after taking about 35 mins to eat it all, here comes our desert...hahaha
just a mix of fruits...but there is something different in the mix fruits that been served...ok..there are papaya, honey dew, watermelon and finally gooseberry! ive never ever in my whole entire life eating GOOSEBERRY! weird name but again, delicious...
i dont know how to describe the taste of the gooseberry, u should try it urself lahh...
